ENCHANTED ELEGANCE
Story by Hannah O'Keefe

If there is one thing that Omahans Caroline Moore and Mark Hinrichs know, it is the importance of love and friendship.
The couple's friends and family handled nearly every aspect of the wedding, from planning, designing the invitations and programs, performing the music, and creating one-of-a-kind hair pieces for the bride and bridesmaids. Caroline, an event planner, challenged herself to let go and allow others' talents shine.
“Honestly, I think everything went swimmingly,” says Caroline.
The ceremony and reception, much like the couple, was a combination of classic and chic. As the evening unfolded and the lights in the Magnolia Hotel courtyard began to twinkle, guests couldn't help but feel enchanted by the atmosphere.
SWEET ASIDE
How he proposed: On Christmas Eve, Mark asked Caroline to wait in the kitchen for a moment. In the backyard, sitting atop the patio furniture, was a sign in Christmas lights that spelled out, “Will you marry me?”
Best advice: A friend told Caroline to look at her guests rather than her groom as she walked down the isle. “Seeing the expressions of my loved ones during my wedding was such a blessing.”
