How to get started:
1. From the home page for your diet, click on the Food Diary tab along the top. 2. From the drop-down menu, select the day for which you want to add food items. 3. Type into the search field the item you want to add. 4. Click on the food item you want to add. 5. Adjust the serving size and click Add.
